Christ Church College

One of the stops on are day trip last week was to the city of Oxford. We visited the Oriel College and Christ Church college. We got a tour of Oriel college by one of the students. It was really interesting to find out what it's like for college students in England. Every night for dinner there is an option of a formal dinner for the students in which they must get dressed up and be "smart". Most of the students live right within the college and go to classes at their tutors apartments. After we got a tour of the cathedral in Christ Church College, which was beautiful. Of course, all fourty of us girls exited and walked promptly to the Varsity Store and bought sweatshirts and t-shirts. We no longer look like BYU students, just posers in our Oxford gear.
